Culcher Vulcher: Land, Sea and Sky: Contemporary Art of the Torres Strait Islands

This show was amazing! I much preferred it to the Surrealism Exhibit on the ground floor, which seemed a little dark and musty in comparison. Maybe because it was rainy when I went.

Land, Sea and Sky is up on the 3rd floor of the GOMA building. The place is huge and the show makes good use of the space. Lots of good stuff. The masks were great, but I think the work of Dennis Nona/Alick Tipoti were my favorites:
